Initial Intake Consultation Rate:

• 60 minutes: $180

Follow-Up Appointments:

• Brief 15 minutes: $40

• Regular 30-60 minutes: $60-120

I accept all major credit cards, in addition to HSA/FSA cards.

Homegrown Pediatric Nutrition is in the process of becoming a contracted provider with select insurance companies and cannot bill them directly at this time.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a “superbill” (invoice) that you can submit to insurance to seek partial out-of-network provider reimbursement.

• Payment is due the day of service. A credit card will be held on file and charged the day of service.

• I know that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I request that you give me at least 24 hours notice.

  • For appointments cancelled the same day a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card on file, with the exception of an illness or extenuating circumstances.

  • For no-shows, you will be responsible for the regular charge of the appointment.
